What are you most proud of: Worked for CIGNA corporation for 20 years, and when I left them in 1987, I started my own private practice and continue to operate the same for almost 25 years. I travel every week to most clients' office, home, etc. to be available at any time to discuss estate planning matters.

We work together to improve how you eat and take care or yourself. I address your whole lifestyle, from to nutrition to the other areas that nourish your life and affect your wellness, such as your physical activity and stress reduction, and your emotional well- being. Each program is customized to fit your individual needs. I teach workshops to many various groups on Nutrition and Wellness, with topics ranging from Sugar Dependency to Self- Care for the Feminine soul. Besides for working with individuals on their nutrition and wellness, I work a lot with moms on improving the eating habits for their families. I developed a Workshop Series called “Healthy Kids, Happy Moms”, that Upper Manhattan moms just love!

What are you most proud of: I am most proud of my ability to balance my dedication to my family, work and community. With a husband and 2 children I have managed to maintain connections and relationships with hundreds of people that I meet and network with many of them members of the Jewish International Connection New York. I am also proud of the growth and success of the JICNY where thousands of young professionals have been impacted both professionally and personally.

What are you most proud of: Delivering high-quality translations and editing under tight dead lines.

What can you offer: I provide yoga instruction to people who want to feel more ease in their bodies while they enjoy the convenience of having yoga come to them at their home or office. Many people are unsure in a class setting of how their poses might be off and so appreciate the special attention of one-on-one instruction. I’ve been doing this work for 15 years and am a teacher of teachers, and so am more qualified than most at ‘reading’ people’s bodies and at addressing their individual needs and challenges. And everyone loves my adjustments: as a certified reiki practitioner, I have wonderful healing hands!

Hidden Talents: I have a passion for spreading beauty, and to that end, sell hand-painted yoga pants and hand-painted silk scarves and shawls-- very affordable, that 2 of my artist friends make; contact me for a viewing!
